Where to Stay

We have set aside a block of 40 rooms at the Coco Reef Resort at a negotiated group rate of $200 per room per night (plus taxes and fees). This group rate represents a discount of more than 50% off the regular rate at the hotel, so be sure to take advantage of it. Here are the details you'll need:

  • To make your reservation, please call +1-441-236-5416 and ask to speak with Anika, the reservations agent for Coco Reef Resort.
  • Request the "special room rate for the Wendell/Kongshem wedding" when you call.
  • Your room can accommodate up to a total of 2 adults at no additional charge. You may add a child for approx. $30 per night.
  • The $200 room rate includes a free daily breakfast—but taxes, resort levies, and service charges are additional.
  • Coco Reef will guarantee your access to the block of 40 rooms provided you make your reservation by March 2, 2006. After that date, rooms will be available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Coco Reef is conveniently located close to the island's capital, Hamilton. This map of Bermuda (PDF) shows the location of the hotel and other points of interest.

Although we're encouraging our guests to stay at Coco Reef for the convenience and the discounted room rate, the island does offer many other fine hotels. We can also recommend the Elbow Beach Hotel (located adjacent to Coco Reef) as well as the Surf Side Beach Club. For more information on the island's many hotels, the Bermuda Hotel Association website is a good resource.
