Travel Tips

Bermuda has a single airport (BDA) and can be reached by direct flights from a number of locations, including New York and London.

Airlines that fly frequently to Bermuda include:

Be sure to check out these two deals:

  • JetBlue Airways offers round-trip airfares from JFK for as low as $360.
  • USA 3000 offers round-trip airfares from Newark and Baltimore for as low as $350.

We also recommend that you comparison-shop for the best fares on these travel sites:

Although Bermuda is just a short 2-hour flight from New York, the fares can be relatively expensive. For this reason, we recommend that you shop around before booking your flight. If you have bonus miles on an airline that flies to Bermuda, we recommend that you take advantage of the opportunity.

Once you get to the island, we recommend that you take a taxi to the hotel. Please note that rental cars are not available in Bermuda; this is to discourage traffic congestion and to preserve the relaxed island atmosphere. Many visitors do rent mopeds, but please be aware that cars here drive on the left (just like in Great Britain) and the roads are narrow and twisty.

Lastly, don't forget your passport. Bon Voyage!
